Considering James Franco's workload, it's a wonder he's able to carve any time out to talk shop.
This year alone he's been seen in Oz: The Great and Powerful, This is the End, Spring Breakers and the film, Lovelace, in which he played Hugh Hefner.
He also spent the past year filming new projects, including Wim Wenders' Everything Will Be Fine, opposite Rachel McAdams; Good People, opposite Kate Hudson; and, most recently, The Interview, reuniting with Seth Rogen, in Vancouver.
Meanwhile, he attended several major film festivals promoting a couple of movies he directed himself, As I Lay Dying and Child of God, and is currently adapting William Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury, for which he will be working both sides of the camera as director and star.
He also managed to turn up on The Mindy Project, be the guest of "dis-honour" for the latest Comedy Central Roast and receive his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
