Waterloo Wellington CMHA launches online mental health support tool

Service will include 24/7 peer and professional support

The Canadian Mental Health Association for Waterloo Wellington is launching a new online tool that would give residents immediate, 24/7 access to mental health services.

Starting Oct. 11, Big White Wall will provide peer and professional mental health support to anyone 16 years of age and older in non-crisis situations.

The platform also offers self-management mental health tools, such as guided therapeutic groups and self-directed workshops.

The CMHA will be able to offer BWW to individuals through Here 24/7 based on availability and fit.
